How do I get started?
Sign in with Telegram and choose a plan. Then open Connections in your account and add your link to the Happ app - or scan its QR code with Happ.
Which app should I use?
Use Happ on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS or Linux. Step-by-step setup is in your account under Connections.
Can I use sceptra on more than one device?
Yes, up to 5 devices at the same time. Add the same private link to Happ on each of them.
What if my connection stops working?
Refresh the subscription in Happ first, then try another server. Still not connecting? Email support with your device and the error message.
What happens when I renew?
Once your payment is confirmed, the new time is added to your current subscription. If it has already ended, the new period starts when the payment is confirmed.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment. For cryptocurrency payments we refund the unused part of the period, in the same coin and network, minus the network fee. Purchases made with Telegram Stars are refunded in full. Email [email protected], or send /paysupport to our Telegram bot.

A VPN hides your traffic from your internet provider, but it doesn't make you fully anonymous. We keep account and payment data and what the service needs to run. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Make sure your subscription is active and refresh it in Happ. If that doesn't help, pick another server in Happ. If your link was shared or a phone was lost, reset the link in Connections: every device disconnects and needs the new link. Just replacing a phone? Remove the old device instead of resetting.
